Pork Chops with Bourbon-Peach Sauce

I made this recipe from Cooking Light tonight. It was a "Super Fast" meal, which was true.

After hubby took a bite (he was quite skeptical of fruit being served on meat), I asked what he thought, and he said, "It's fine...I'm trying to eat it." He really didn't mean it to sound so bad, but I enjoyed teasing him. He actually liked it.

Overall verdict: thumbs up; we'll cook it again.
