Harlequin's Weekly Top Ten

Each week, Harlequin Books sends me an email and in there they have a top 10 list. This week's list of Top Ten Romance Novel Titles was too good for me to pass up. My comments are in parenthesis.

Top 10 HQN Books
1. Touch of Seduction by Rhyannon Byrd (is it really just a touch of seduction? I doubt it because the book IS number one on the list.)
2. Tempted by Lori Foster (not very imaginative)
3. Twice as Hot by Gena Showalter (Because just being hot isn't enough)
4. Hawk's Way: Callen & Zach by Joan Johnston (This title is okay, although with three guy's names in the title, it makes you wonder...)
5. The Nymph King by Gena Showalter (who reads this stuff?)
6. Bride of the Wolf by Susan Krinard (trying to earn money off Twilight's fame)
7. Lead Me On by Victoria Dahl (this makes me think of a weak woman just waiting for a man to lead her; really who reads this?)
8. Proof by Seduction by Courtney Milan (not to be confused with the number one title, "Touch of Seduction")
9. McKettricks of Texas: Tate by Linda Lael Miller (wait a second...I'm actually reading this one! And come on, it has a decent title.)
10. The Next Best Thing by Kristan Higgins (I think the title explains why it's not any further up on the list.)

That was a fun synopsis of the titles Kelley. Are you still writing book reviews? You'll have to let us know how the McKettricks of Texas turns out.
