Gluten Free Brownies with Chocolate Ganache - Project 52: Week 17

I'm too lazy to get the brownie recipe typed up, but here is the most wonderful Ganache recipe. I don't think I'll ever use frosting again; I'd rather use Ganache.
Ingredients:
¾ cup chocolate
2 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp whipping cream
2 Tbsp corn syrup

Directions:
Melt chocolate and butter together over low heat. Remove pan from heat and add cream and corn syrup. Mix till smooth. Pour over brownies or cake, etc...

Oh, that looks so good! It comes out so smooth and glassy looking too! I want some!
