Gyros (Gluten Free) - Project 52: Week 23

This is my version of a gluten-free gyro. With the delicious ingredients like lamb, feta, tzatziki sauce and olives, I really didn't miss the pita bread. I just rolled up the big lettuce leaf and enjoyed.
